We’ve spent over a decade in the trenches, in sales, marketing, tech, and leadership, and we’ve learned that most small businesses don’t fail because they lack ideas. They fail because they’re overwhelmed, under-supported, and stretched thin.

Founder
I’ve spent the last decade working across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa building brands, leading teams, and helping businesses grow. I’ve been on the ground and in leadership, so I know what it takes not just to get something moving, but to keep it going when things get tough.
One of my favourite career moments? Helping a company grow its revenue 20x in just two years from one small region to a global footprint. But honestly, it wasn’t just about the numbers. What really mattered was the structure we built underneath it. That’s the stuff that keeps a business growing long after you’ve stepped away.
That’s what drives me. Not just growth, but building something that keeps working. Most businesses have the potential. They just need the right focus, the right systems, and a bit of help making sense of the chaos.
I’ve worked with small businesses across all kinds of industries, helping them land big clients, simplify what they do, and finally see consistent, long-term results. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter playbooks. Every business is different. So my job is to figure out what actually works in your world and help you do more of that.
I started Lighthouse because I wanted to build the kind of consultancy I wish existed when I needed help: real, personal, no fluff, fully invested in your success.
